Beacon Rates
All rates are subject to change without notice. Rates are based on 2 person occupancy per site. Additional guests are $3.00 per person per day. Rent is due on the 1st of every month and will be late after the 5th of each month. A $25 late fee will be added to the bill after the 5th of each month. Rent begins on the original reservation date.
Rental deposits are Non-Refundable. Deposit is credited to the last month/day of reservation period. In case of early departures, deposits are forfeited. Electric deposits are refunded after last electrical reading.

Management reserves the right to refuse services to anyone.
No refunds on Site Rentals
Check-in 12pm / Check-out: 11am
Quiet time: 10:00pm to 8:00am
Speed Limit: 5 MPH
Register at the office upon arrival or by 10:00am the following day if arriving after hours.
All visitors and guests must stop by the office to register. Rates are based on 2 person occupancy and one vehicle per site. Additional guests 10 years or older $3.00 per person per night.
Management assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries or losses of any kind or cause.
RV’ers are responsible for the conduct and safety of themeselves, their family and guests.
Children must be supervised at all times.
Children 15 and under not permitted on the pier or in the Recreation Room without adult supervision.
You are welcome to use the Fishing Pier at Beacon RV Park.
NO Swimming, Diving or Skiing from the fishing pier. It is recommended that smaller children wear life jackets on the pier.
NO bicycles or scooters allowed on the pier. Last person on the pier please turn off the overhead lights.
Anyone riding a bicycle after dark must have proper working headlights and taillights on his/her bicycle.
Only licensed drivers may operate a golf cart within the resort; learners permits are not acceptable.
Your rig must be kept in clean and in good condition.
Please keep your RV Site clean and free of clutter at all times.
Plants and yard art must have prior approval by management.
Please use well water for watering plants and grass.
Management must approve of any installations such as storage shed, porches, etc.
Park in your provided space only. We have limited space available for all locations. Only one vehicle is allowed per site. All other vehicles must be parked across the street at the bait stand parking lot. Boat parking is allowed in designated spaces.
No washing boats, RVs or Vehicles without authorization from the office.
No mechanical work or oil changes allowed in the park.
No outside clotheslines are allowed unless they are on the back of your RV.
The operation of personal generators is not permitted within the RV park.
Garbage must be in bags and tied. Large boxes need to be flattened. Do not put garbage beside trash bins.
Please do not put grease down the sink.
Please leave restrooms, Laundry Room, and other shared common areas clean for the next guest.
No sub-renting or leasing of your RV in the park.
If a hurricane is predicted to make landfall in the Rockport area it is MANDATORY that you remove any personal items from around your RV a minimum of 3 days prior to landfall. There will be a $45 per hour fee if we have to remove outside items from your lot. Unless you provide a storage room, the items will be disposed of as the park does not have storage. A one hour minimum fee will apply.
All guests are responsible for placing their sewer hose inside a PVC pipe or other support hose system.
NO OPEN FIRE PITS ALLOWED
NO FIREWORKS PERMITTED ON ANY OF THE PREMISES.
NO SMOKING in any of the buildings. DO NOT throw cigarette butts on the ground.
Alcoholic Beverages: The use of alcoholic beverages on the pier and the activities room is prohibited.
Only one (1) two person tent (5×7 or smaller) is permitted on site with a guest camping unit; a $10 per day additional fee will be applied to the entire guest reservation. The use of an additional tent must be mentioned at time of reservation and no later than check-in. The size of the campsite may restrict its use.
PET POLICY:
Only non-aggressive QUIET pets are permitted. The following dogs will not be allowed within the resort: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, Akitas, Chow Chows and Dalmatians.
Prohibited pets and any other pet that creates a nuisance must be placed in a local kennel at the pet owner’s expense.
Pets are not permitted to leave your campsite boundary without supervision, must be on a leash no longer than 6 feet long at all times; and not left outside unattended.
Please pick up after your pets and deposit in the dumpster; Please be considerate of others that will be using your site after you and your pet check-out.
The following are totally prohibited: reptiles, exotic animals, or any similar type animal.
The owner and Management reserves the right of eviction of any guest without refund upon the following basis:
Non-compliance of resort policies, rules or regulations.
Verbal or physical threat of another resort guest or employee.
Possession of dangerous or deadly weapons, firearms, fireworks or explosives.
Deliberate damage or destruction of property belonging to the resort or another guests.
Disorderly, immoral or indecent conduct.
The owner and management reserve the right to refuse service or to request the departure of anyone who does not comply with these rules and regulations as stated. We also reserve the right to change or add any rules to the above as circumstances arise. Disregard of any of the above rules will be sufficient reason to terminate your stay.
A signed copy of these rules must be on file in the office during your stay at Beacon RV Park.
